Refund policy

Thank you for supporting NTFF. We want you to feel confident when shopping with us, so please review our return and store credit policy before placing your order.

All shipped orders will include a tracking number once the order has been processed and sent out.

If you need to return a product, please contact us first so we can review your request and provide return instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

NTFF does not offer refunds back to the original payment method. Approved returned items will receive store credit only.

Store credit must be used within 30 days from the date the return is approved and processed.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Items showing signs of wear, damage, stains, odors, or alteration may not qualify for store credit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product.

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, store credit will be issued for eligible items.
