We do our best to display product details, colors, images, sizing, descriptions, and pricing as accurately as possible. However, colors may appear differently depending on your screen, device, or lighting.
Product availability, designs, materials, sizing, colors, and prices may change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update product information, cancel inaccurate listings, or refuse/cancel orders affected by pricing, inventory, or product description errors.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete. This includes your name, email, shipping address, billing information, and payment details.
Orders are not guaranteed until payment is successfully processed and the order is accepted by NTFF. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, payment issues, or violation of these Terms.
5. Shipping and Delivery
All shipped orders will include a tracking number once the order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, high order volume, or circumstances outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. NTFF is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, NTFF is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages. If there is an issue with delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly and contact us so we can review the situation where possible.
6. Returns and Store Credit
Please review our Return & Refund Policy before placing your order.
NTFF does not provide refunds back to the original payment method unless required by applicable law or due to an approved error on our part.
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Store credit must be used within 30 days from the date it is issued.
To request a return, you must contact us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition. Items with stains, odors, damage, signs of wear, or alterations may be denied.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error by NTFF, such as receiving the wrong item or a defective item.
7. Final Sale Items
Certain items may be marked as final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This may include limited edition items, sale items, custom items, worn items, opened accessories, or other items identified as final sale at the time of purchase.
Final sale items are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit unless required by law or approved by NTFF due to an error or defect.
8. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective item or the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include your order number, photos of the item, photos of the packaging if relevant, and a description of the issue.
We will review the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, store credit, or another solution at our discretion.
9. Intellectual Property
All NTFF logos, designs, graphics, images, slogans, product names, website content, brand concepts, and other creative materials are owned by NTFF or used with permission.
You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, screenshot for commercial use, print, recreate, or use any NTFF intellectual property without written permission.
This includes, but is not limited to, the NTFF name, “No Time For Foolishness,” face icon, product graphics, brand imagery, slogans, product mockups, and website content.
Unauthorized use of NTFF intellectual property may result in legal action.
10. User Content and Reviews
If you tag NTFF, submit photos, leave reviews, send testimonials, or share content with us, you give NTFF permission to repost, share, display, or use that content for marketing, social media, website, advertising, or promotional purposes.
We may edit or format user-submitted content for clarity, sizing, or presentation, but we will not intentionally misrepresent your words or image.
You are responsible for making sure any content you submit does not violate someone else’s rights.
11. Promotions, Discounts, and Store Credit
Promotions, discount codes, giveaways, and store credit may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.
Discount codes cannot be applied after an order has already been placed unless NTFF chooses to make an exception.
Store credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged for cash unless required by law.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, NTFF is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your use of our website, products, or services.
Our maximum liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that specific order.
NTFF is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party services, including shipping carriers, payment processors, website platforms, suppliers, or manufacturers.

NTFF does not guarantee that our website will always be available, error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
