Thank you for shopping with NTFF. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment has been successfully received.

Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Processing times may vary during product launches, holidays, sales, restocks, or periods of high order volume.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

All shipped orders will include a tracking number once the order has been processed and shipped.

Tracking information will be sent to the email or phone number provided at checkout. Please allow time for the shipping carrier to update the tracking status after your order has shipped.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or delays outside of NTFF’s control.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

NTFF is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, holiday delays, or other shipping delays outside of our control.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. NTFF is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an address error after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@shopntff.com with your order number. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, NTFF is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please check with your neighbors, household members, front desk, mailroom, building office, or local carrier office.

You should also contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request delivery assistance.

NTFF may review delivery concerns on a case-by-case basis, but we are not required to replace or refund orders marked as delivered by the carrier.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to NTFF due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to pick up the package, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Original shipping fees may not be refunded.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us at support@shopntff.com within 3 days of delivery.

Please include your order number, photos of the damaged packaging, and photos of the item if the item itself was damaged.

We will review the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout, unless otherwise stated during a promotion.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or unless NTFF determines the issue was due to an error on our part.

Preorders or Made-to-Order Items

Some NTFF items may be preorder, limited release, or made-to-order. These items may require additional processing time before shipping.

If an item has a longer processing or shipping timeline, we will do our best to state that clearly in the product description.
